The procedure of auditing
The audit plan is prepared by the audit commission of our Center in accordance with the legislation, the audit is conducted by the decision of the founders and shareholders of the company. We also pay great attention to the speed of inspection for obtaining reliable information. The results of the audit are considered confidential information and are not disclosed outside the company.
The audit is conducted in order to determine the efficiency of the company, the facts of the damage of property, proper records management, as well as to control over the financial expenses of the organization.
Having received the audit order, our auditor undertakes preliminary work, examining the reports of previous inspections, and only after that an audit plan is being drawn up. After preliminary preparations the auditor goes to the audited organization and immediately conducts the audit. The primary goal of the auditor is the check of the funds and valuable property of the organization. To conduct an audit the chief of the organization has to provide all necessary documents and observe the conditions of the inspection. If the chief refuses to provide information, the auditor reports this to the audit client. If the audit revealed violations, the auditor is obliged to assist the organization in their eliminating. After the audit our audit commission will submit a report with the results of the inspection.
